The ORBI Program is based on a validated methodology, organizing governance and the innovation process, from diagnosis to decision-making, with defined criteria and formal monitoring at all stages, transforming the intention to innovate into real execution.
With an approximate duration of 7 months per cycle, the program follows a structured journey that includes:

Technical evaluation and selection of startups with the greatest synergy.

Monitoring and consolidation of results.
